The Welty and Dick Family
Through the American Revolutionary War and the Civil War the family has been a solid feature in America.
Some roots extend through Northern Ireland arriving in 1767, and other lines come out of the Austrian Hungarian Empire. But, no matter where they came from, the family grew with the Country and expanded west.
The Crain Family
The family construction history began before 1850. The first notation lists 36 year old George Crain as a Mason, born in New York. Not only is that his job.... but very likely his job is what killed him.
Although George's family live in Grinnell, Iowa, George is working in Chicago as a contractor when he dies on 18 October 1889 at 75. Why was he working so far from home?
